Applicant shall submit (1). a drawing showing location of building on lot in relation to property lines and (2). a set of Building Plans detailing foundation, framing, grade and species of lumber, Energy Code compliance, sheathing, interior walls, stairs, windows, and other information that may be necessary to determine compliance with NYS Building Code

This permit is valid for 12 months from date of issue

Any deviation from submitted drawings must be noted and filed with Code Enforcer

No building shall be occupied or used for any purposes whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy is granted

The Inspector shall be permitted to inspect premises at a reasonable time.

No structure shall be built closer than 75 feet from the center line of the road, whether state, county, or local road. Side yard and rear yard setbacks must be more than 25 feet from adjoining property lines.

All statements contained herein are true and the work will be performed in the manner set forth in this application in accordance with all codes of the State of New York and all ordinances and regulations of the Town of Lapeer, New York. The Code Enforcement Officer shall be notified immediately in the event of changes during construction. A Certificate of Occupancy is required prior to occupying the premises. The undersigned grants the Town Building Inspector permission to enter the premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of making necessary inspections. Permit must be conspicuously posted at Job Site. This application is void if construction is not started within 6 months of issue.
