Tax Season 2025
2018 - 2025 property tax information may be accessed through the TaxGlance system. You need not input all the information on the search page; usually just your name will bring up the bill.
Need a copy of your tax bill? Click the same link or contact the Cortland County Treasurer at 607-753-5070. After June 1st I no longer have copies of the tax bills.
Dog Control
The license fee for a spayed/neutered dog is $10.00.
The license fee for a dog that is not altered is $20.00.
Late fees are $5.00 per month per dog and begin the day after the expiration date of the license.
Please renew promptly. If you are found with an unlicensed dog at the time of a dog enumeration, you will be fined an additional $5.00 per Town Ordinance.
Licensing is simple and quick. Proof of rabies is required as well as a spay/neuter certificate, if applicable. Renewals can be done by mail. Just call or email for further information.
